• Founder | Chief Vision Officer

    Dr. Peter Dry is the founder and director for The PDL Group. The Group are the engagement experts and help people change the way they lead by focusing on their strengths, and ultimately help organizations become more effective.

    He has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Masters in Educational Management, certificates from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a certificate in International School Leadership and teaching and leadership experience in six countries. He is a certified Gallup Strengths coach and Appreciative Facilitator. Peter provides practical and effective solutions to team development, leadership and the mindset required to develop an outstanding organization.

    Peter’s ability to lead change in organizations around the world has resulted in new and innovative practices in leadership and education proving his ability to create vision and translate it into practice. He helped found an international school in Norway, has consulted to schools in Australia, America and South Africa and has been a regular presenter at conferences. He and his wife, Samantha (a fellow educator) have worked on 5 different continents. They also run a non-profit called The Simunye Project. Each year they take volunteers on an 18-day service trip to South Africa to build their capacity to lead and make sustainable change.

    Peter has spent time in the corporate world advising on leadership, innovation and the creation of learning communities. He was part of a sizable leadership initiative at Australia’s largest telco, Telstra, and was the organizational learning manager at BMW Finance. There he established the Learning Institute, and was responsible for developing the leadership capacity of managers and building a culture for innovation.

    Peter was asked to come over to the USA to manage significant change at an independent school in St. Louis. This complex role saw him create a future-ready curriculum, develop leadership across the school, and build a strengths-based culture.

    Peter is happily married with 3 children all of whom are in College (Chicago, Florida and St. Louis!).

  • Chief Impact Officer

    Jeff has been an administrator at independent schools in St. Louis since 2013. His leadership style is highly collaborative and transparent. He believes in the power of team and is well-versed in leading people and organizations into a future state.

    Jeff believes the status quo should be disrupted if we are to truly maximize human potential. He has taken on the challenge of providing schools leadership who seek to provide students with opportunities to receive a personalized, 21st century education. As an administrator Jeff has developed a 21st-century curriculum to ensure students are future ready.

    Jeff is a change manager. He has led schools through written strategic plans to ensure a sustainable and thoughtful approach to change. 

    Jeff is passionate about 21st century education and providing students with opportunities for learning that will prepare them for the increasingly automated world we live in. He is skilled at using technology as a creation, communication, collaboration and teaching tool. 

    He is considered a thought leader in future ready thinking and has presented at many conferences and schools including the International Society for Technology Educators (ISTE), Building Learning Communities (BLC) and Midwest Education Technology Committee (METC). His work has been included in publications and journals. 

    When Jeff is not immersed in schools he is spending time with his two children (4 and 7), cooking, out on the golf course, or playing music with his friends.
